Walking by faith.

For those of you who take notice of our prayer request "side bar," I would like to add a little update.

A new vehicle.  The Lord blessed us with a 2002, fifteen passenger Landcruiser.  This type of vehicle is nearly impossible to find in the country.  With that said, we must sell our old Landcruiser to pay off the new one.  Would you please pray for the right buyer {one who is willing to pay what its worth}.  We have until the 28th of this month.

A new house.  We found a new house to rent.  It is a bit bigger than our current one, has a great little guesthouse and a HUGE yard. However, we had to sign an agreement to keep it--and we already paid rent through December on our current house.  Please pray for the necessary funds {three months rent} that are due next week.

Both of these situations seem impossible when you look at our bank account {or lack thereof}.  But something I have learned {and continue to learn} is that we walk by faith and not by sight.  Neither of these "situations" are impossible for our Lord.

Just a question...is your new vehicle normally a 15 passenger or has it been modified to make it 15 seats. I can't find anything like it online!

Tiffany,

Thanks for asking.

No, this is an original vehicle, but a rare model. We believe it was intended for families like ours :-)

Blessings from the North,
Summer

We have lived on faith support for 18 years, even through this economic crisis that has hit all our supporters. We have managed to stay debt-free. This summer when I needed to sell our wheelchair van (while my husband was at his wilderness camp) to pay for bills so as not to go into debt, the FIRST person I mentioned it to bought it on the spot for the asking price. GOD DOES ANSWER PRAYER! (But you know that already!) Blessings, Jennifer
