PRAY

Please join us in prayer. To make a long story short, there is a little baby boy named Jack at an orphanage in the city that has sickle cell disease--just like our Elyssa. Another little baby boy in the same orphanage died of sickle cell today and I am afraid Jack will die soon too if we do not bring him home. An orphanage is a horrible place for any child, but for a sickler it is a death sentence (with all the exposure to sickness and disease). I have been texting with the director and she would like me to call her first thing Monday morning. If the Lord gives us the go ahead then we may be bringing a baby home to die, but atleast he will get to experience the love of a family and the love of Christ. Or we will get to see the Lord work another miracle and bring "life from death." I will keep you posted.

Tears are welling up. Sweet mom, His heart. Lord, bring this little one home, where he can be snuggled in mommy's arms.

You summed up my thoughts exactly. I was so emotional about this post last night I couldn't even get my thoughts out right.

Lord, this little boy needs a mommy's arms and a mommy's love. Especially right now. Thank you for Summer's love and willingness to serve You. Please go before her and work out all the details for this precious little boy. And may You get all the glory, Father.

Still praying~Kelly

Oh my friend--I am just catching up. ABSOLUTELY, I will pray. May this sweet little boy know the tender embrace and loving arms of a mommy and daddy. Trusting that every mountain will be moved before your very eyes.

Love and biggest hugs.
