Thank-filled

Ladies, you have blessed me. I am so thankful for your prayers, friendship and encouragement. Sometimes, honestly, I feel that being a missionary, pastor's wife and mother to many little ones, is reason to be silent about my times of weakness--call it what it is, pride! I am not perfect. Let me knock myself off my own pedestal. I long to be a willing vesell of the Father but know quite well that I am chipped, cracked and marred.
"In our weakness He is made strong."
And so I must get back to the place where I know that I know that this is not about me. Rather it is ALL about the Lord Jesus Christ being high and lifted up.
P.S. As I was talking with my husband last night we both realized that three months of illness has thrown off my thyroid--I am 100% reliant on thyroid medication. I increased my dose this morning and will wait for my body to become regulated again.
I am grateful that we are taking our first vacation in a year, next week! My husband will be home for 10 days in a row. Pray that we will both be refreshed and that as we seek the Lord He will give us clear vision and wisdom as where we are to be as a family.

Trusting that your health will be RESTORED in the name of Jesus---that God would heal every area of your body that needs a touch from Him. A vacation sounds like just what you need :)
