This was such a wonderful reminder for me today. It makes me think of the parable in Matthew 13 concerning the seed that landed on good ground, "it is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and yields a crop; some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty." It is only as we compltetly yield to the Lord that we can ever bear fruit that is of an eternal value.
