Abiding in Christ—"He is the vine and we are the branches"…..John 15. Our kids have been grafted into our earthly family just as we have been grafted into God’s family through Jesus Christ. Pruning (discipline/training) is for the sake of growth. Our children need us in order to bear fruit, (“apart from Me you can do nothing”). It has always been God’s perfect design that children learn and grow in Christ through the love and admonition of the parents—Duet. 6:7.
