More in Dueteronomy

This morning I awoke wearied by the sin of one of my children. My husband reminded me that the Lord has done an amazing work thus far and He is still not done! How the enemy likes us to think "there is no use." After my husbands gentle reminder, I was blessed by the following words in Dueteronomy:

"you are approaching the battle against your enemies today. Do not be fainthearted. Do not be afraid, or panic, or tremble before them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you." 20:2b-4

This is a spirtual battle. And the Lord is fighting with me. As I am on my knees, Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for my little ones. Therefore, I do not need to become "fainhearted, afraid, panicked or fearful" because it is the Lord that fought and won!
